Hitsausvisiiri Sundström EN 4/9-13

The SR 574 welding visor is intended for use with Sundström's SR 570 screen. The screen with welding visor, together with the battery-powered SR 500 or SR 700 fan and approved filters, is included in Sundström's fan-assisted respiratory protection system. The screen's breathing hose is connected to the filter-equipped fan. The overpressure in the screen prevents particles and other contaminants from entering the breathing zone. The products can also be used together with the SR 507 compressed air attachment. This combination constitutes a breathing apparatus with continuous air flow for connection to compressed air. See separate product sheet SR 507. The combinations protect against harmful gases/particles, radiation and splashes during welding, cutting, grinding and similar work. Their design makes them useful for work in confined and hard-to-reach spaces. The equipment can be used as an alternative to filter protection in all situations where such protection is recommended. This applies in particular to heavy, hot, or prolonged work. Before use, a welding lens with a suitable density must be fitted in the welding visor. SR 574 is supplied with an automatic welding lens EN 4/9-13 and a polycarbonate protective lens. The lenses must be CE marked and of standard size 90 x 110 mm. Accessories such as welding lenses, automatic welding lenses, corrective lenses, neck and chest protection, and hose protection are available.
